FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Signs By Benchmark, a division of Benchmark Foam Inc., warrants our workmanship for five years from the shipment date of a Signs By Benchmark sign. If defects occur due to Signs By Benchmark workmanship within five years of the shipment date, Signs By Benchmark will, at our option, repair or replace the identified defect (excluding labor), subject to the limitations and exclusions provided below.
Limitations and Exclusions:
Limitations and exclusions include any failure resulting from:
• Accidents
• Acts of nature
• Improper installation
• Misuse or neglect
• Natural wear and tear
• The sign being modified or altered without written consent from Signs By Benchmark
• The sign being utilized in a manner for which it was not designed
• Vandalism

Our service response is so dependable we back it with Benchmark’s On-Time Guarantee. Your product will be shipped and arrive by the agreed-to arrival date or we will discount your invoice 10 percent.
